Participation commitments are everywhere. Proof is harder to find.

Across major projects, policies, targets and reports exist, yet outcomes remain difficult to verify, supplier capability is hard to assess, and evidence does not always withstand scrutiny. Regional Advantage Group was created to close that gap by building the infrastructure participation had always lacked. ICRI is the first platform built in response.

Why we exist

We spent 25 years inside the gap between commitment and outcome.

Across construction, procurement, supplier development and major-project delivery, our founder kept meeting the same problem. The commitments were real. So were the policies, the targets and the reporting. But delivery was fragmented. Supplier capability was hard to assess. Evidence was inconsistent. Governance was weak. And outcomes were difficult to verify.

Participation was treated as a reporting obligation — something recorded after the fact — never as infrastructure to be built and operated. Spreadsheets, PDFs and good intentions couldn't carry the weight that policy was beginning to demand.

So rather than keep working around the problem, Regional Advantage Group was created to solve it — by building the operating infrastructure participation had always been missing.

ICRI is the first platform built in response.

Why now

Participation is moving from intent to accountability.

Indigenous procurement policies are expanding and being enforced, participation expectations on major projects are rising, and clients increasingly want outcomes that are measured, evidenced and governed — not simply promised. It's no longer enough to commit to participation and report on effort. You now have to prove it.

01
Policy is tightening
Indigenous procurement and participation requirements are expanding across government and major projects.
02
Proof is now required
Measured, evidenced, governed outcomes are becoming mandatory, not optional.
03
Reporting can't carry it
Accountability at this scale needs operating infrastructure, not more documents.

RAG builds solutions, not reports.

What we build

One model: identify the delivery gap, build the infrastructure to close it, and grow the capability to operate it.

01
Participation Infrastructure
Platforms like ICRI, and the operating systems that make participation evidenced, governable and verifiable at scale.
02
Governance & Assurance Systems
Frameworks that turn procurement and participation obligations into auditable, defensible delivery.
03
Supplier & Regional Capability
Readiness so suppliers and regions can genuinely participate, qualify and compete.
04
Advisory, Mentoring & Delivery Support
Advising organisations through the accountability shift, and the mentoring, coaching, implementation support and capability uplift that helps their teams and suppliers operate it on the ground.

ICRI

Participation Infrastructure

ICRI is the participation infrastructure platform created and operated by Regional Advantage Group, built for exactly this environment: where participation has to be evidenced, governed and verified — not just reported.

It makes supplier readiness, evidence, governance and regional participation visible and manageable at scale, giving major projects, suppliers and regions a single operating system for participation that holds up to scrutiny.

ICRI is proof of how RAG works: see the gap, then build the infrastructure to close it. It's the first platform we've built — not the last.
