Our standard
We apply the Australian Privacy Principles in full as our operating standard.
What we collect
This website collects personal information in only two ways:
- The Supplier Readiness Pathway form (Local Giants): name, business name, email, and optionally phone, website and a business-challenge selection, together with state and industry. We collect this for one purpose: to review your expression of interest and contact you about the pathway.
- Email you send us, which we keep as ordinary business correspondence.
We do not collect sensitive information through this website. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or pixels anywhere on this site, and all fonts and assets are served from our own domain.
How we use and share it
We use your details only for the purpose above. We do not sell personal information and we do not add you to a marketing list. Form submissions reach us by email through an established delivery provider whose infrastructure is located outside Australia (United States). No other third party receives your details.
Storage and retention
Submissions are held in our business email and records systems and handled under our records procedures; we keep them only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as law requires.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: contact privacy@regionaladvantagegroup.com.au. We will acknowledge within 5 business days.
Complaints
Privacy complaints go to privacy@regionaladvantagegroup.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Data breaches
We assess and notify data breaches in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme as our standing practice.
