Regional Advantage Group Pty Ltd (ABN 52 695 328 780, ACN 695 328 780) operates under a controlled Integrated Management System: our policies and procedures are versioned, approved and reviewed, and this page is the public expression of that governance.
Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct sets the standards we hold ourselves to: lawful and ethical conduct, equal opportunity, respectful workplaces free from bullying and harassment, respect for human rights, and respectful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, businesses and communities, including honouring the conditions communities place on how their information is used.
Integrity
We prohibit bribery and facilitation payments. Gifts, benefits and conflicts of interest are declared and managed under standing governance controls.
Reporting concerns
If you believe anyone at Regional Advantage Group, or anyone using our platforms, has acted dishonestly, unethically or unlawfully, including overstating participation claims, you can raise it with us at concerns@regionaladvantagegroup.com.au. Concerns are handled confidentially and independently of the people involved. We do not tolerate victimisation of anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
Complaints
Complaints about our services or conduct go to hello@regionaladvantagegroup.com.au. Complaints are acknowledged, recorded and responded to, with independent escalation available where appropriate. Privacy complaints follow the route in our Privacy Notice, including escalation to the OAIC.
Human rights and responsible supply chains
We are committed to respecting human rights and to identifying and addressing modern slavery risk in our operations and supply chain. Suppliers are assessed before engagement and our contracts carry labour and modern-slavery terms. We make this commitment voluntarily as part of our governance framework.
Information security
Our information security management is aligned with the principles of ISO/IEC 27001, using the ASD Essential Eight as a control baseline.
Accessibility
Our websites are built to be accessible, applying WCAG 2.2 AA as our design standard. If you have difficulty using anything on our sites, tell us at hello@regionaladvantagegroup.com.au and we will provide the content another way.
Editorial and AI standards
Industry Intelligence is published under enforced editorial and AI governance standards: content is reviewed before release, AI-assisted drafting is governed and disclosed, and Indigenous content is published only with community sign-off.
Security vulnerabilities
If you find a security vulnerability in any of our sites or platforms, report it to security@regionaladvantagegroup.com.au. We welcome good-faith reports and will engage constructively with reporters.
