Who we are

Industry Intelligence is the publishing platform of Regional Advantage Group. Regional Advantage Group identifies delivery and procurement gaps in major infrastructure and builds the infrastructure to close them.

What we study

We study how participation is required, delivered and evidenced across infrastructure and procurement: the commitments made at the top of a project, the delivery that happens down the supply chain, and the record that shows the two match.

Why we exist

Participation is moving from intent to accountability. Commitments are no longer judged on the undertaking alone; they are increasingly judged on what can be shown to have been delivered. The distance between the two — the participation evidence gap — has gone largely unmanaged. Industry Intelligence exists to make that gap visible.

What we produce

We produce three kinds of work:

• Insights — analytical articles on participation, delivery, procurement and evidence.
• Evidence mapping — image-based evidence organised by participation, delivery, systems and accountability.
• System visibility — plain explanations of the procurement systems, frameworks and reporting structures that decide whether participation can be proven.
